This Chinese bronze horse is a replica of the ancient bronze 'The Flying Horse of Ganzu' or the 'Galloping Horse Treading on a Flying Swallow'. The original was discovered in 1969 in a tomb near the city of Wuwei and was dated to the Eastern Han Dynasty, about 200 CE. It can be found in the Gansu Provincial Museum in Lanzhou.

This bronze has a wonderful patina and a nieve charm about it. It is perfect for art lovers, horse lovers and history enthusiasts. It will add a touch of cultural significance to any space, and will be a talking point in any home.

It measures approximately tall, 42 cm long and 10 cm wide. It is hollow with signs of wear but in good condition.
